Will Peachey is a globally recognised specialist in workforce strategy, resource management, and people supply chain transformation. With a career spanning senior executive roles across large-scale professional services and technology organisations, he has led some of the industry's most complex global operating models, skills intelligence, and resource management transformations.

Will’s expertise blends deep HR transformation experience with hands-on operational leadership. As a former Global Head of People Supply Chain for Capgemini — an organisation with more than 300,000 people — he directed end-to-end workforce operations, from skills and capability development to staffing, mobility, and global delivery governance. His work has helped major firms improve utilisation, strengthen engagement delivery, and unlock talent at scale across advisory, implementation, and managed services environments.

More recently, Will has supported two major global consulting organisations through substantial shifts in their operating models. His work has included redesigning global resource management functions, implementing skills-based workforce planning, building engagement management standards, and aligning delivery teams to new growth strategies. These assignments covered areas such as enterprise-wide RM transformation, integrating skills intelligence into delivery rhythms, and helping firms adapt their workforce practices in response to market volatility and the growing influence of AI on client delivery and operational planning.

Will is also a respected voice on how AI is reshaping the staffing and delivery lifecycle. His published thinking covers skills-based talent systems, AI-supported staffing, agentic operating models, and the future role of Resource Managers in increasingly automated and insight-driven environments.

Across his career, Will has held leadership roles in HR, operations, and customer-facing transformation functions, bringing a uniquely cross-functional perspective to workforce optimisation. Before founding PWP Talent, he served as Chief Customer Officer of a leading AI-powered talent and resourcing platform, where he strengthened client-centricity and championed the use of AI to match people to work at scale.

Today, through PWP Talent, Will works with professional services, consulting, and IT firms seeking to operate their workforce with greater precision, predictability, and intelligence. He advises COOs, CHROs, and talent and resource management leaders on how to build modern, AI-enabled resourcing models that improve profitability, elevate delivery quality, and create better career pathways for their people.

Will also serves as a Non-Executive Director for a technology education organisation, supporting the next generation of digital talent.
